Bookings and payments

• All classes must be booked in advance through our system.
  

• Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot (because toddlers don’t love “standing room only”).

• We offer a range of options including memberships, class packs and casual bookings and all details are available on our pricing page.

Trials (2-for-1 offer)

Our 2-for-1 trial is the best way to jump in and see what we’re all about.

Cancellations and make-up classes

We totally understand that kids get sick, naps go rogue, parents want to watch sport on TV and life happens.

To keep things fair for everyone:

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before class
  

• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being forfeited
  

• Eligible cancellations will receive a make-up class credit
  

Make-up classes:

• Must be used within 4 weeks

• Are subject to availability

• Cannot be refunded or transferred

Class refund policy

This is always the tricky part, because we’re parents as well.

We need to keep this simple and consistent and we hate to be so black and white, but it keeps it easy for everyone:

• No refunds for change of mind

• No refunds for missed classes

• Class packs and memberships are non-refundable

In exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical), we may offer a credit at our discretion. Our aim is to be helpful and kind, rather than unhelpful and lacking compassion.

Merchandise refund policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

However, we may offer an exchange where:

• The item is unused

• The item is unworn and unwashed

• Tags are still attached

• The request is made within 7 days of purchase

Membership terms

If you’re on a membership:

• Payments are billed automatically (so you don’t have to think about it)

• You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice before your next billing cycle

• Missed classes are not refunded but may be eligible for make-up credits (see above)

Weather policy

Good news, most of our venues are indoors.

That means:

• Classes run rain, hail or toddler meltdown

If we ever need to cancel a class due to unsafe conditions:

• You’ll receive a credit or make-up class

If you choose not to attend:

• Standard cancellation terms apply

For outdoor venues, when it’s too wet and/or unsafe you will be given a credit to be used within eight weeks.

Safety and participation

Your child’s safety is our priority.

• All activities are designed to be age-appropriate and safe

• Parents/carers are required to stay and supervise depending on age group

• Participation is at your own risk

Our coaches are trained to deliver fun, structured and safe sessions (with plenty of high-fives along the way).

Parents/guardians must remain present or contactable during sessions (depending on age group)

• We are not a childcare provider (sorry)
  

Behaviour expectations

Behaviour expectations

If behaviour is disruptive or unsafe:

• We may pause participation

• In rare cases, ask a child to sit out or leave the session. If this happens no refund or make up class will be provided for this session.

(Thankfully, this almost never happens as kids are usually too busy having fun.)

Media and photography

We love capturing the fun.

From time to time, we may take photos or videos during classes for:

• Social media

• Website content

• Marketing materials

When you enrol, you will be asked to provide consent to images and videos of your child.

Changes to bookings or classes

We may occasionally need to:

• Change class times

• Adjust venues

If classes have to be cancelled for a one off, you’ll be provided a credit, which you have 12 months to use.

If an entire venue has to be shut done for an extended period of time eg/ Due to a natural disaster, it gets flooded or is burnt down, we will try and find an alternate venue. If no alternate can be found, you will be provided a refund.

Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to register a child

• You confirm you are the parent or legal guardian

• You agree to provide accurate registration details

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Let’s Go Kids.fun is not liable for:

• Any injury sustained during participation (except where required by law)

• Loss or damage to personal property

• Indirect or consequential loss

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to the terms of those providers.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
